I am passionate about documenting real-life situations and emotions, rather than posed or staged shots. I shoot in various settings, including: outdoor locations, homes, events, and public spaces. Capturing the everyday moments and experiences of my subjects is my ambition.

Landscape Photography - Although, honestly I lack the dedication to be a good landscape photographer. There’s way too much getting up hours before sunrise to get to the just the right location to catch the perfect light. Repeat repeatedly until you finally get the shot you want. We’re talking days, weeks, months or even years. Sunset is much the same way, often on the same day. But if I can get there in an RV, why, I’m all for it!

Macro Photography - Close up images that can be taken anywhere, at any time, even from the comforts of home. I find that very appealing. Plus, the resulting photographs look really cool.

Documentary Photography - It’s been suggested I look into this genre. My inclination to edit very minimally and my choice of subjects apparently put me squarely in that realm. I’ll look into it. Now that I know what it is.
